Manufacturing Unit
Our present manufacturing unit is located in Zirabo, Ashulia. It was setup in 2006 and has 19 sewing lines with monthly capacity of 4,75,000 pcs. Our key sections include Lab, Raw Material & Finished Goods Warehouse, Cutting, Sewing, Finishing & Packing Section, Sampling Unit, CAD & Pattern Section and Training Section for workers. We also have a day care room, a medical room and a discounted rate super store.
Future Plan
Converting our present manufacturing unit at Ashulia into a USGBC Certified Green Building.
Setting up a new state of the art USGBC Platinum Certified manufacturing unit of 32-36 lines at Sirajganj EPZ. This facility would be equipped to handle all type of woven & knitted tops along with outwear jackets. Further having all material movement with automatic hanger system, auto spreading and cutting tables, specialized sewing and finishing machines.
